Streamline integrations are provided through a monthly subscription.
As standard this is a two-year agreement, but longer agreements are available and protect subscribers from inflationary increases throughout the term of the agreement.
What you need
Most integrations require two software components.
Streamline Connector creates a communications bridge between systems. You’ll need a Connector for each pair of systems that need connecting. But each Connector can support multiple integrations between the same two systems.
Depending on the complexity of the integration, you’ll also need either a Responsive Integration or a Workflow integration.
A Responsive Integration synchronises data changes, so if data is changed in one system (eg contact details) it is automatically updated in a related system.
A Workflow Integration is required when data flows between systems as part of a more complex business process (eg completion of a sale in one system triggers invoicing in your finance system).
