What does the session actually entail?
A focused triage call (45–60 minutes) where we clarify the real snag, plus a short action note summarising root cause, the minimum-viable fix, and next steps (DIY or delivered by us).
What kinds of problems do you fix?
Anything stopping work from flowing: broken integrations, duplicate data, reporting gaps, slow manual steps, clunky handoffs, CRM/marketing tooling issues, permission mess, app overlap, rising SaaS costs, and “we changed X and Y broke”.
How does the DIY option work?
Your action note includes the simplest fix path: steps, who should do them, and any gotchas. You (or your team/agency) implement it. If you get stuck, we can review or pair on specific steps.
Can you cover multiple issues?
We’ll capture anything else we hear, but the action note focuses on the single highest-impact fix. After the first session, we can discuss the best way to keep momentum—whether you run with the DIY steps or continue with our ongoing Subscription-based Development service. The free triage gets you unstuck; ongoing help, if you choose it, is paid.
What will I receive afterwards?
A one-page action note: summary of the problem, root cause (tech/process/data/people), the least-effort fix, risks to watch, and success checks so you know it’s done.
How fast will I get the action note?
Within 2–5 working days, depending on complexity.
Who is this for (and not for)?
Best for founder-led SMEs with 10+ employees who are ready to scale and want the fastest sensible fix to real operational friction. Not a fit for very small businesses, early prototypes, or “tool shopping” without context.
Will you just recommend new tools?
No. We start with simplify-then-automate. If your current stack can do it, we’ll use it. New tools are a last resort.
What if the root cause is people or process, not tech?
We’ll say so — and outline the minimum process change, comms, or role clarity needed. (Often this is the fastest win.)
What if I want you to do it for me?
All implementation is delivered through our ongoing Subscription-based Development service. We agree the priorities and throughput, then steadily ship the minimum changes that move the needle.
What does it cost if we ask you to implement?
We’ll recommend an ongoing subscription level sized to the work (throughput, complexity, and pace). Pricing is transparent, scope is clear, cadence is agreed — no surprises.
Do you need system access?
Not for the triage call. If implementation needs access later, we’ll use least-privilege accounts and your preferred secure-share method.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We treat everything you share as confidential and can sign an NDA if required.
What if it’s an emergency?
Tell us it’s live-fire. We’ll prioritise stabilisation first (“stop the bleeding”), then give you the smallest change that returns you to steady state.
How do you measure success?
We define a simple “done” test (e.g., no duplicate records this week; order export under 2 minutes; report matches finance totals) and advise how to monitor it.
