We start by assessing your current tools and setup. The best result is usually achieved by making the most of what you already have and introducing key changes over time. Every business is different, so one size doesn’t fit all. Where we have proven ways to streamline a particular process or system, we’ll use those patterns to deliver value faster — while still tailoring them to your context.
Minimum term is 3 months. After those 3 months you may stop using the service at any time. If you continue beyond the initial term, the notice period is 90 days.
Streamline retains the IP for frameworks, components, and bespoke developments created under the subscription. You get full use of the system via your active subscription.
You’re not locked in. If you wish to own the IP, we offer a clear purchase option covering scope, fee, and transfer (including documentation, source, and handover). Request the policy at any time, and we’ll confirm the buy-out price based on the relevant components.
Your third-party software subscriptions (CRM, marketing tools, etc.) are in your name and continue as normal. Streamline-provided systems remain available through your active subscription. If you choose not to maintain that subscription, those services cease; your vendor accounts and your data remain accessible per each vendor’s terms.
Light fixes and configuration often are. Larger builds run via our Subscription-based Development (a fixed monthly chunk of scoped work). Existing subscriptions will continue, but new ones require the Partnership.
